TERMS OF USE

1. The service. WheelGather groups buyers with similar car requests and presents negotiated offers from selected dealerships. WheelGather is not a dealership: we do not sell cars, hold inventory, or provide financing.

2. Free and non-binding. Registering is free for buyers and creates no obligation to buy. You decide freely whether to accept any offer.

3. The purchase. Any purchase is concluded directly between you and the dealership. The dealership is solely responsible for the vehicle, its price, delivery, warranty and after-sales service.

4. No guarantee of offers. We work to obtain relevant offers for every group, but we cannot guarantee that an offer will materialise, nor its terms.

5. Your information. You agree to provide accurate information. Providing misleading requests may lead to removal from the service.

6. Remuneration. WheelGather may receive a commission from a dealership when a sale is concluded. This never increases the price offered to you.

7. Intellectual property. The WheelGather name, logo and website content belong to WheelGather and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability. WheelGather's role is limited to intermediation as described above. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of dealerships.
