1. Who we are

WheelGather ("we", "us") is an intermediation service that groups car buyers and presents negotiated offers from selected dealerships. The service is operated by WheelGather, established in Belgium.

2. What data we collect

When you submit our form, we collect: your name, email address, country, the car you are looking for, your purchase timing and, if you provide them, your budget and phone number. We also collect standard technical data generated by our website provider (Hostinger), such as anonymised usage statistics.

3. Why we use your data (purposes and legal basis)

— To register your request and place you in a suitable buying group (performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
— To contact you about matching groups and negotiated offers (same basis).
— To share your details with a dealership, ONLY after your explicit confirmation (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Who receives your data

Your details are never shared with dealerships without your confirmation.
Our technical providers (website hosting, form processing, email) process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your request for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time before that.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@wheelgather.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be) or the authority of your country of residence.
